Amuse, the fine dining establishment in Aberdeen’s West End led by Chef Kevin Dalgleish, achieved a significant milestone by securing the Restaurant of the Year title at the North-east of Scotland Chef and Restaurant of the Year Awards held by Hospitality Training.

The event is the largest regional culinary competition of its type in Scotland and aims to raise levels of culinary excellence and encourage the use of the quality local ingredients being produced in the North-east.

Each year, the best and most creative chefs compete for the best Chef titles which can open doors to future success and create many industry opportunities.

Amuse's victory marks a historic moment, as it is the second consecutive year that the restaurant has secured this esteemed award.
