andersonbain LLP has strengthened its conveyancing team with the appointment of Dan McFarlane as Partner, joined by Paralegal Eleanor Carter at the firm’s Thistle Street office.
The appointments add further residential property and conveyancing experience to the firm’s established team, supporting clients across sales, purchases, remortgages and estate agency matters.
Dan joined andersonbain LLP in August 2026 after six years with a respected Aberdeenshire-based firm, bringing his residential property expertise to the firm’s Thistle Street office.
Since qualifying as a solicitor in 2018, Dan has specialised in all aspects of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases and remortgages, priding himself on providing practical, straightforward advice and believes that clear communication and a personal approach are key to making the conveyancing process as smooth and stress-free as possible.
