The firm is inviting applications for conveyancing paralegal’s wishing to join the dynamic team and play a vital role in supporting property transactions from start to finish. This valued position offers the opportunity to work closely with solicitors and clients, ensuring smooth and efficient conveyancing processes. Your expertise will help facilitate property transfers, drafts, and legal documentation, all whilst maintaining a positive and proactive approach.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation and review of legal documentation related to property transactions, including contracts, transfer deeds, and completion statements
- Manage case files efficiently using Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and Outlook to track progress and deadlines
- Communicate clearly with clients, estate agents, solicitors, and other stakeholders to gather information and provide updates on case status
- Conduct searches with land registry offices and other relevant authorities to verify property details
- Organise and prioritise workload effectively to meet strict deadlines while maintaining high accuracy standards
- Support solicitors in managing the entire conveyancing process from initial instructions through to completion
- Maintain comprehensive records of all correspondence, documentation, and case updates in an organised manner
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly and professionally
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) with excellent organisational skills
- Knowledge of IT systems used for legal case management is advantageous
- Experience or familiarity with conveyancing procedures is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Exceptional time management skills to handle multiple cases simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Demonstrated organisational skills to maintain accurate records and manage case files efficiently
