On Saturday 4 April, Ann McRobb from Ann McRobb Associates will be taking part in the Balmoral 10K to help raise funds and awareness for SAMH (Scottish Action for Mental Health).
SAMH provides vital mental health services and support to people across Scotland, making a real difference to individuals, families and communities who need help during challenging times. Their work also helps raise awareness and reduce the stigma surrounding mental health.
