Apache Corporation, a subsidiary of APA Corporation (Nasdaq: APA), has announced the opening of applications for the Apache Corporation Tree Grant Programme’s 2025-2026 planting season in the UK.

The programme, which is open to U.K. nonprofit and government organisations, has donated more than 38,000 trees in Scotland over the last two years supporting reforestation, flood prevention, restoration and habitat creation projects.

“As a company, we are driven to maintain a legacy of supporting land conservation through our environmental stewardship initiatives,” said Greg McDaniel, senior vice president, international assets.  “Since expanding our tree grant programme to the U.K., we have partnered with great nonprofit organisations delivering excellent work in the region, including schools focusing on small conservation initiatives, community groups improving public greenspace, and large-scale reforestation projects following storm damage.  Our tree grant programme awards native Scottish trees, and each tree planted helps to regenerate the breathtaking Scottish landscape while creating a more sustainable world today and for future generations.”

The Apache Corporation Tree Grant Programme was founded in 2005 in the U.S. and has granted more than 5 million trees to over 1,000 partners. This is the third year of the programme in the U.K. following the expansion of the successful initiative to Scotland in 2023. Last season in Scotland, the programme donated trees to nonprofit partner organisations, including Goodenough College, Scotland’s Rural College, Peterhead Boys Club, The Links Nursery & Hub, and many local community councils, to support efforts such as reforestation, flood prevention, restoration and habitat creation projects.

The programme is open to U.K. nonprofit and government organisations. For more information and to apply to the 2025-2026 Apache Tree Grant Programme, please visit www.apachelovestrees.com to submit an application by the Sept. 30, 2025, deadline.
