City of Edinburgh Council and Apogee worked collaboratively on the new and exciting, yet complex project which consisted of hosting their PaperCut and HP Print solutions entirely in a brand new ‘virtual and private cloud’ function.
Apogee were tasked with providing their print services in a ‘Virtual Private Cloud’ which aided their ‘work from anywhere and anytime’ approach. This is the first time Apogee have created this virtual set-up and enabled them to break new ground within Cloud services for City of Edinburgh Council.
The emergence of cloud services has accelerated the adoption of cloud print within organisation’s across the globe. Cloud Print allows you to print documents wherever you are - securely and efficiently. It provides a means for storing confidential data securely, whilst remaining accessible from any device regardless of your location, which was perfect for the Edinburgh City Council.
As an independent subsidiary of HP Inc, Apogee has the advantage of being part of one of the world’s leading technology companies, with instant access to the latest innovation all supported by our market leading service operations.
