Aberdeen-based Microsoft Solutions Partner and B Corp, Appetite for Business, has been inducted into the Hall of Fame and named IT Training Company of the Year for the third consecutive year, recognising sustained excellence in helping organisations achieve measurable results with Microsoft 365.
The award celebrates organisations that demonstrate innovation, impact, and customer success in technology learning and development. For Appetite, the recognition represents something deeper - evidence that digital change succeeds when people, not platforms, are placed at the centre.
The Appetite for Business team credits its success to the businesses and learners who continue to engage with Appetite’s training and digital empowerment programmes whose curiosity, collaboration, and trust have made this achievement possible.
“This recognition means a great deal because it reflects the difference we make for people - and it’s something we’ve achieved together with our clients and community,” said Sheryl Newman, founder and chief executive officer of Appetite for Business. “You helped us achieve this. Every organisation that’s chosen to learn with us, invest in their people, and embrace digital empowerment has played a part in this recognition.”
Appetite for Business helps organisations across the UK achieve digital empowerment through tailored Microsoft 365 training, consultancy, and workplace transformation services. Its human-centred approach enables teams to work smarter, modernise processes, and build more connected, inclusive workplaces.

Giving back to the local business community
To mark its Hall of Fame induction, Appetite is helping a limited number of businesses access complimentary Microsoft 365 Skills Discovery Sessions during November.
These short consultations are designed to help business leaders assess how their teams use Microsoft 365 and identify opportunities to improve collaboration, efficiency, and digital confidence.
“We wanted to celebrate this milestone in a way that gives back to the business community,” added Newman. “Many SMEs already have the tools they need - they just need a clearer view of how to use them to make work simpler and smarter.”
Places for the complimentary sessions are limited to ten organisations and can be requested via https://appetite.business/skills-discovery/
