Aquaterra Group has promoted Kevin Nelson to Technical Manager, marking a step forward in the company’s commitment to technical excellence and innovation.
Having been a member of the Aquaterra team for over eight years, Kevin comes into this new role with an extensive knowledge and a deep understanding of the business. Kevin joined the company as a Junior Project Engineer and has progressed through several positions, most recently as a Project Manager, where he managed a range of Inspection, Repair and Maintenance projects for key customers. Kevin has also been instrumental in the development and successful commercialisation of AquaTerra’s AquaShim® stabilisation product range since 2019.
Kevin joins AquaTerra’s senior leadership team, where he will play a key role in shaping the company’s technical strategy and driving product innovation. His responsibilities include overseeing the full lifecycle of product design and development of all company products, ensuring alignment with AquaTerra’s strategic objectives, and leading the technical direction of both new and existing solutions. In addition, Kevin will serve as a technical focal point for several of the company’s key clients.
Kevin will also focus on supporting and developing AquaTerra’s technical team, fostering collaboration, and nurturing the next generation of talent through coaching and mentoring. He will champion product innovation across the business, ensuring a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
