Both companies have been looking for an opportunity to grow their businesses and build on the offer of a complete training and competency service for their clients. This new arrangement is key to achieving this.

AquaTerra Training, a leading provider of practical health & safety training took the decision to invest in Polaris Learning as part of AquaTerra Training's ongoing commitment to delivering exceptional training services to its clients. By joining forces with Polaris Learning, AquaTerra Training aims to broaden its range of training offerings and provide an even higher level of expertise and resources to its customers.

Polaris Learning & AquaTerra Training have been working together for around 10 years informally, and were looking for a way to strengthen this relationship enabling them to maximise their resources and achieve their full potential to address client needs in the marketplace.

Polaris Learning brings a wealth of experience and a stellar reputation in delivering competency-based training programs, Modern Apprenticeships, people development solutions, and online competency and training technologies across various sectors including energy, food and drink, manufacturing and engineering, third sector and public sector.

Their tailored learning and competence solutions have consistently proven effective in developing workforce competency, improving performance, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations as well as positioning them as a leading provider of Modern Apprenticeships to the food and drink industry. By incorporating Polaris Learning's expertise into its portfolio, AquaTerra Training is poised to deliver an even more comprehensive and impactful training experience for its clients.

This strategic partnership aligns closely with AquaTerra Training’s mission of empowering individuals and organisations through exceptional training solutions. By expanding their joint resources and capabilities, Polaris Learning and AquaTerra Training who count The Macallan Distillery, NHS Grampian, Volvo Construction Equipment, and SSE in their client portfolios can continue to address the evolving needs of their clients in an ever-changing and demanding business environment.
