Aberdeen marketing agency Arch 35 Marketing has announced that Serena Joseph Anthony will join the business on a full-time basis after completing her MSc in International Marketing at Robert Gordon University.
Serena initially joined Arch 35 as a placement student from RGU in 2025, gaining practical experience across a range of client projects while completing her studies. Following the success of her placement, she returned to the agency at the beginning of 2026 as a part-time Marketing Assistant.
During this time, Serena balanced the final stages of her master’s degree with client work and other personal commitments. Her responsibilities at Arch 35 have included supporting social media campaigns, creating content, contributing ideas during planning sessions and assisting with the delivery of work across the agency’s client base.
With her degree now complete, Serena will move into a full-time position with Arch 35 and continue developing her experience within the marketing industry.

The appointment marks two important milestones for Serena, celebrating both the completion of her postgraduate degree and the next stage of her professional career.
