Arch 35 Marketing has opened applications for a marketing assistant as the Aberdeen-based marketing agency continues to expand its client base and service offering.
The new role has been created to support increased demand across social media, SEO and content management for businesses throughout the North-east.
Founded in February 2025, Arch 35 Marketing provides marketing support to companies across sectors including catering, financial services, hospitality, and professional services. The firm currently supports a range of clients with SEO, content creation, strategy and campaign management and has recently taken on new retained work that has led to the requirement for additional capacity.
The marketing assistant will support day-to-day content scheduling, basic SEO work, graphic production and communications tasks. Hours are expected to sit around 20 per week, with flexibility to accommodate student schedules and early-career applicants.
Managing director Darren Cadger said the new role reflected the steady growth of the business over the last year. He commented: “Client demand has risen significantly since the start of the business, particularly around social media management and SEO-related work. As more companies in the North-east look for support in establishing a digital presence, the need for structured marketing assistance continues to grow. Bringing in an additional team member will help us manage that workload while providing a development opportunity for someone at the start of their career.”
The business has been active across the local business community, including the Aberdeen & Grampian Chamber of Commerce, and is currently working with clients on long-term marketing support plans, local SEO projects and digital content strategies. While the new hire is primarily aimed at assisting with workload, Arch 35 Marketing has confirmed that further recruitment could be considered later in the year depending on demand.
