Aberdeen & Aberdeenshire-based marketing agency Arch 35 Marketing has expanded its team with the addition of two new work placement students, Chelsea Arday and Serena Joseph Anthony, both currently studying MSc International Marketing at Robert Gordon University.

The placements are part of a four-week summer programme that offers hands-on agency experience to students looking to deepen their understanding of digital marketing, marketing strategy, and content creation. Both Chelsea and Serena bring unique strengths to the table and are already contributing to key client projects.

Over the coming weeks, the students will work across multiple Arch 35 client accounts, including Escone Solutions & Infinite Power Coaching, supporting content delivery, social scheduling, and brand messaging. They’ll also be involved in reviewing and enhancing website copy and helping develop campaign assets.

Darren Cadger, managing director and co-founder of Arch 35, said: “It’s a full circle moment for me when just over three years ago I had partaken on this very same work placement with Escone Solutions.

"Both Chelsea and Serena excelled in the interview process and we felt we simply couldn’t miss out on the opportunity to give them a platform to develop on a professional level and I am excited to see what they have to offer for Arch 35.”

This marks another step in Arch 35’s ongoing commitment to collaborating with educational institutions and creating real-world learning opportunities for future talent in the North-east of Scotland.
