AV One is teeing up for its first ever Charity Golf Day on Friday 27 June at Kemnay Golf Club, and the team couldn’t be more excited to bring together clients, colleagues, and the local community for a day of friendly competition and fundraising.
In true AV One style, this event isn’t just about the golf, it’s about giving back. This year’s Charity Golf Day proudly supports two incredible local charities: Aberdeen FC Community Trust and Charlie House, both of which are making a real difference in the lives of families and individuals across the North-east.
“We’re passionate about supporting our community, and this golf day is a great opportunity to raise funds and awareness for two causes close to our hearts,” said Graeme McGuire, managing director of AV One. “We’re grateful to everyone taking part, and we can’t wait to see a few brilliant shots - and maybe a few questionable ones too - on the day.”
But the fun doesn't stop on the fairway.
In a bold (and slightly brave) twist, both Graeme McGuire and Grant Maclean, AV One’s business development manager, are putting themselves up for grabs in a charity online auction. The highest bidders will win a full day of their time, to put them to work however they see fit. Whether it’s for high-level strategy support or making the tea, they’re at your service, all in the name of a good cause.
The online auction is open to everyone, you don’t need to attend the event to take part. Bids close at 12pm on Friday 27 June. All proceeds will go directly to Aberdeen FC Community Trust and Charlie House.
