Aberdeenshire Architect, Annie Kenyon is delighted to have been selected as a finalist in the Inspirational Woman of the Year category at the BWC Aberdeen Athena Awards, celebrating the incredible women entrepreneurs making an impact across Aberdeen’s business community.

The recognition comes at a particularly significant time for Annie, who is celebrating 20 years in practice on the day of the event. As part of the judging process, Annie was delighted to share more about her projects over the past 20 years as well as her involvement with the My Name’5 Doddie Foundation, helping to raise much-needed funds for motor neurone disease (MND) research.

Annie is delighted to be shortlisted alongside such a strong line-up of talented women in business and is looking forward to attending the awards lunch at the Beach Ballroom on 13th November.

Annie commented: “It’s a real privilege to be shortlisted alongside so many inspiring and accomplished people in Aberdeen’s business community. It’s always encouraging to see local talent recognised, and when we support and champion one another, we all help create a stronger business community. Congratulations and best of luck to all the other finalists, looking forward to a party to celebrate us all.”
