The stunning Banchory Lodge Hotel in Royal Deeside has gone on the market with a price tag of £3.5million.
The award winning hotel has been put up for sale by Carol Fowler following the passing of her business partner Wilson Anderson.
The Press and Journal reports the venue boasts an impressive turnover of £3million per year, during which time it hosts approximately 50 weddings.
Carol told the P&J the decision to sell had been a difficult one with a "tinge of sadness", but that running the iconic venue was "just not the same" since Wilson's sad passing.
A B-listed Georgian property. the hotel has almost 30 bedrooms and sits within 7.5acres of immaculately landscaped grounds on the banks of the Dee.
