Barratt and David Wilson Homes has announced two key promotions within its North Scotland sales team as it prepares for continued growth across the region in the coming financial year.
James Mitchell has been promoted from Sales Manager to Senior Sales Manager. In his new role, James will play a pivotal part in driving the sales and marketing function across Barratt and David Wilson Homes' North Division, supporting the business as it continues to expand its presence across Scotland.
James brings extensive experience in the new build housing sector and has been with Barratt and David Wilson Homes for eight years, during which he has built a strong track record of delivering sales success across developments in and around Aberdeen, including Otter Stone Manor in Dyce.
Laura Donaldson has also been promoted from Field Sales Manager to Sales Manager. She will take responsibility for developments across Perth and Dundee and successfully managed the launch of Barratt @ Almond Valley in Perth, which has attracted strong local interest and generated excellent early sales since launching last month.
Laura joined Barratt six years ago and has progressed through the business, earning recognition for her leadership and customer-focused approach.
