A major geoscience and engineering conference in Toulouse has come to a close, with the baton now being handed to Aberdeen and the team at P&J Live to host the 87th event next year.

The EAGE (European Association of Geoscientists and Engineers) Annual Conference & Exhibition brings together thousands of industry leaders, professionals and academics to network, collaborate, share expertise and show off the very latest developments in the sector.

Last week, representatives from the P&J Live and Aberdeen Convention Bureau attended the 86th conference in France to proudly showcase Aberdeen as the next host of the event.

It will see the Granite City welcome around 5,000 people across the four-day event running from June 8 to 11, 2026.
