This year’s charity partner has also today been announced as Street Soccer Scotland and its social enterprise, Kitback. The charity uses football to create lasting positive change for the most at risk and socially disadvantaged people across Scotland. The free, inclusive, football sessions are open to people of all ages and backgrounds.
As well as football, Street Soccer Scotland also supports individuals with housing support, specialist mental health provision, and food to emotional support, signposting and work with partner organisations.
Fans attending the tournament at P&J Live will be encouraged to bring along and donate pre-loved football shirts to Kitback for the chance to win a pair of tickets to a show of their choice at the venue. Kitback collects, upcycles and resells these shirts, with 100% of the profits going to help fund Street Soccer Scotland's programmes both in Aberdeen and elsewhere in Scotland.
Gerry Britton, chief operating officer at Street Soccer Scotland, said: “We are thrilled to be appointed official charity partner of the 2025 Stealth Competitions Scottish Masters. We know the vital role that football can play in making a positive impact in the lives of the most disadvantaged in our society. The opportunity to showcase our development programmes, through this partnership with the iconic Masters Football tournament, will have a massive impact on our engagement and awareness possibilities, helping those that need it most feel part of a team, on and off the pitch."
