Bethan Customs Consultancy is celebrating 11 years in business and Bethan’s Director, Nicola Alexander, has shared on the lessons learned since its launch in 2015 and the values that continue to guide the company today.
The customs consultancy, which supports businesses with customs compliance and international trade requirements, has marked the anniversary by sharing insights gained during more than a decade of growth, change and learning.
Among the key lessons highlighted by the company are the importance of trusting people, staying true to core values, understanding financial performance and recognising that success is not solely measured by growth.
