Scottish singer-songwriter Blue Rose Code will perform at St Margaret’s Braemar this Friday, in a stripped back duo set in the special surrounds of this unique and historic venue.

Blue Rose Code’s music brings together folk, soul, jazz and Americana influences, and he has built a strong following through his honest songwriting and moving live shows. His latest album, Bright Circumstance (2024), has been praised for its depth and musical range.

Ross Wilson, aka Blue Rose Code, is a magnetic performer who loves to connect with his audience and is now firmly established as one of the ULK’s most uplifting and powerful live acts.

Doors open at 7.30pm for an 8pm start, with tickets from £10 available at stmargaretsbraemar.org.uk

Looking forward to Friday’s gig, St Margaret’s venue manager Lyndsey Boden said: “We are so looking forward to having Blue Rose Code play St Margaret’s this Friday.

“They are one of the best live acts touring the country right now, so don’t miss the chance to see them here in such stunning surrounds.

“Ross Wilson plays exquisite music, straight from the heart – stripped right back for a very special duo performance in Braemar.”
