It will be celebrating their achievements over the last 12 months with all of their Young Workforce being recognised, with awards being presented in the following categories: Foundation Apprenticeships, Modern Apprenticeships in Care and Business Administration, Mentors and Rising Stars.
Pamela Mackenzie, Managing Director, said: “The Young Workforce at Bon Accord Care is something I am incredibly proud of. The organisation is a great place for young people to come and build a strong and long-standing career. We strive to recruit, nurture, and develop our young talent here as they are integral to our workforce and are key to the delivery of our core business. I’ve seen numerous shining examples of our Young Workforce since I’ve been in post and I’ve been encouraged to see how far they have progressed in such a small space of time. I’m really looking forward to the event on Friday and I look forward to attending more like it in the future as we continue to celebrate the achievements of our young people across all areas.”
