This month, six graduates from the Boskalis Subsea Services Graduate Programme have successfully completed their placements and progressed into permanent roles within the organisation.
With a proud track record of investing in early careers, Boskalis places strong emphasis on developing graduate talent, viewing it as key to sustaining long-term growth, innovation and operational excellence in the energy and marine sectors. The company has welcomed more than 25 graduates since 2021, with a further seven secured for starting in September 2025.
The latest cohort of graduates have successfully completed their tailored training journey across commercial and engineering disciplines:
- Michael Morrison – Commercial Graduate, now Tender Specialist
- Nathan Rankine – Commercial Graduate, now Commercial Specialist
- Nusrat Perry – Commercial Graduate, now Subcontracts Specialist
- Innes Aitken – Engineering Trainee, now Junior Project Engineer
- Abby Clark – Engineering Trainee, now Junior Project Engineer
- Polina Kibardina – Engineering Trainee, now Junior Project Engineer

The Boskalis Graduate Programme combines practical experience with structured learning, helping young professionals build the confidence and skills to make a meaningful contribution from day one.
To mark their achievements, the graduates attended a celebration where they were presented with certificates by senior leadership.
