Bridgend Aggregates Limited is bringing to market a long-established sand, gravel and hard rock quarrying operation with ready-mix concrete production and recycling capabilities near King Edward, Aberdeenshire. 

The business has operated for over thirty years, supplying crushed rock, specialist sand, gravels, cement-bound sand to ENATS specification, decorative aggregates and ready-mix concrete to the construction, civil engineering, renewable energy and infrastructure sectors.

Extending to approximately 81.73 acres (33.08 hectares), the site comprises operational hard rock and sand and gravel quarries, with permitted reserves of approximately 927,609 tonnes of hard rock and 707,514 tonnes of sand and gravel remaining. The property includes extensive infrastructure such as a concrete batching plant, wash plant, weighbridge, workshop and recycling facilities.

Planning permissions allow extraction until November 2039 and May 2042 respectively, offering a fully permitted, freehold quarrying asset with significant reserves and long-term operational potential.
