On behalf of The Business Growth Fund (BGF) Savills has acquired new offices at 20 Golden Square in Aberdeen from Esson Properties Ltd.

The independent investment company that supports small and medium enterprises will take a new 10-year lease on the office building, extending 2,560 sq ft (237 sq m) across ground, first and second floors, and will pay £50,000 per annum.

Dan Smith, director in the business space agency team at Savills Aberdeen, comments: “BGF had a lease expiry on their existing office in the West End of Aberdeen and Savills was appointed to undertake a search for alternative accommodation. After having considered a number of options, the newly refurbished, self-contained townhouse at 20 Golden Square was selected due to its location, parking and specification.”
