The re-launching and rebranding of the Institute of Sales Management in 2016 came at a crucial time for British business. The ISM's role in supporting the sales industry has never been more important in the current climate of forced diversification and a change of emphasis for many individuals and organisations, none more so than in Scotland where recent figures from the Scottish Chambers of Commerce suggest finance and business services are on the up, but “retail, wholesale and tourism are still in negative territory”.

The ISM is keen to play its part in helping grow the Scottish economy. Sales drives success in almost every company and plays such an important part in the economic equation. They have a firm belief that if they raise confidence and enthusiasm in the sales sector, then anything is possible.

ISM Scotland are holding an event at Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen on June 7, where you’ll be able to hear the thoughts of our expert panel on business growth in Scotland and have the opportunity to speak to them in our special Q&A session.

The ISM are delighted to announce that Bob Keiller, chairman of Scottish Enterprise and Karen Knowles, founder and director of the famous Bon Accord Soft Drinks company will be among the speakers.

This is likely to be an extremely popular event, so please click here to register your place and avoid disappointment.
