CBRE is marking a 15‑year career milestone for Stewart Mustard, Associate Projects Director in its Scotland business, highlighting his contribution to the successful delivery of complex construction and workplace projects across the country.
Over the course of his career with CBRE, Stewart has developed extensive experience managing projects across multiple sectors, including energy, public sector, higher education and life sciences. His role spans the full project lifecycle, from early feasibility and business case development through design, construction and final handover, ensuring projects are delivered in line with client objectives and regulatory requirements.
As part of CBRE’s Projects service line, Stewart plays a key role in providing clients with structured project governance, cost and programme control, and effective stakeholder coordination. Working closely with consultants, contractors and occupiers, he supports the delivery of technically complex and high‑value projects while managing risk and maintaining operational continuity.
CBRE’s Projects team supports organisations with capital delivery, refurbishments, fit‑outs and workplace transformation projects, combining local market knowledge with global best practice. The service is designed to help clients navigate complexity, achieve certainty of outcome and realise long‑term value from their real estate investments.
