Cegal, a global Energy technology company with local presence in Aberdeen, is delighted to be hosting its second annual summer social IT event at Union Kirk in Aberdeen City Centre on Thursday 12th June from 3pm, following the success of its inaugural event in 2024.

This year’s tech-focused Energy community get-together will bring together a host of IT and digital stakeholders for a feast of knowledge sharing, networking, great food, drinks and entertainment.

After a round of welcome drinks and networking, the event will kick off with a program of thought-provoking presentations and discussions from a select group of industry peers, covering case studies and thought leadership topics across the IT and digital value chain in energy.

Presenters from across the industry will explore a number of pertinent subjects and obstacles confronting modern IT leaders. These will include: the IT challenges associated with M&A activities and decommissioning, real-world AI use cases from an operator, data management and combatting shadow IT.

Spaces are limited, but Cegal welcomes anyone who works in IT within the energy industry to register their interest in attending this popular event by Friday 6th June, using the link below.
