Aberdeen Celebrant Isabel Lockhart has been confirmed as a speaker at the FSB Business Bootcamp, taking place on 9th June 2026 at Woodhill House, Westburn Road, Aberdeen.
Isabel brings a deeply personal and distinctive approach to her work as a professional Celebrant, crafting bespoke, heartfelt ceremonies for weddings, funerals, and life's most significant moments. Her business was born from lived experience: following the loss of her son, and a ceremony that fell short of what it should have been, Isabel made the decision to retrain and dedicate herself to ensuring that no one else's most important moments feel ordinary or overlooked.
At the Bootcamp, Isabel will be speaking on the theme of collaboration and teamwork, a subject she knows intimately. Over the past five years, Isabel has nurtured long-standing creative partnerships. The longest is with Aberdeen photographer Iska Walter of Iska Birnie Photography, who has worked with her on branding shoots that have evolved alongside her growing business.
She has also collaborated closely with a web designer and copywriter to bring her brand vision to life in an authentic, engaging, and truly unique way.
Isabel said, "I love a great collaboration. Working with talented professionals like Iska and my wider creative team has been transformative, not just for my brand, but for my confidence and the way I show up for my clients. When collaboration is founded on trust, a shared vision, and mutual respect, the results speak for themselves. I can't wait to share that message at the Bootcamp."
Her philosophy carries directly into her celebrancy work. By immersing herself in each client's world, Isabel crafts ceremonies that are witty, genuine, and entirely bespoke, whether couples are tying the knot in the Cairngorms or families are honouring a life well-lived. From the first conversation to the last word of the ceremony, she is there as it should be.
The FSB Business Bootcamp is open to FSB members and non-members alike, offering business owners across the region the chance to connect, learn, and grow.
