Perth Racecourse recently came together with Thornton's Solicitors to create a unique experience for 250 members of the Scottish law firm’s team as they celebrated 25 years in business.
Together with their catering partners, Sodexo Prestige, Perth Racecourse prides itself on offering award-winning hospitality and Thorntons decided to put this reputation to the test when they booked in for a sunny Saturday in June with a Vintage Fair and Barbeque in the new Rustic Barn.
Jane Davidson from Thorntons, the event organiser, commented:
“We’d been looking for a venue to host our 25 year celebration and Perth Racecourse offered the perfect spot. We have offices across Scotland so it’s really central and with 250 guests we needed a big space!
"The food was one of the highlights; it was excellent. Everything came out on time and really well presented. The BBQ gave us a relaxed vibe and fitted perfectly with the barn and the fair.
Tracey Quin of Perth Racecourse commented, “Thorntons event was such good fun and we all had a great time coming up with ideas and menus to suit their brief. Our chefs use the very best in Scottish seasonal ingredients wherever possible and the BBQ really showed off the quality that we can deliver in outdoor dining.
