Clarks, the UK shoe retailer, has closed its Union Square branch marking the end of its long presence in Aberdeen.
The store has been a tenant at the shopping centre since it opened in 2009, and has been part of Aberdeen's retail scene for decades.
The shoe brand was once operated a store on Union Street, having first arrived in the city back in the 1970s, but it appears the the retailer may have closed its doors for good in Aberdeen.
Notices posted outside read: “This store has closed”, directing customers to the nearest branch in Dundee.
Inside, the shop has been cleared of stock, and workmen have already been spotted on-site.
