Codona's, Aberdeen's iconic beach theme park, has scooped a national award and been named the Best Day Out in Scotland.
The popular amusement park, a landmark in the city for generations, secured the category prize at the Entertainment and Hospitality Awards in Glasgow.
The entertainment hotspot boasts an array of rides from the Grampian Eye Ferris Wheel to white-knuckle rollercoasters, as well as classic arcade games, bowling and mini golf.
The Scottish Sun reports Bev Anderson, duty manager at the park, said: "We are all immensely proud of winning ‘Best Day Out’ in the Scottish Entertainment and Hospitality Awards but most of all we are very proud of the team that have made this possible and extremely thankful to our amazing customers who voted for us.
"We cannot thank our team and our customers enough for their continued support."
