Monopoly Events has announced the return of Comic Con to Aberdeen’s P&J Live for a sixth consecutive year, taking over the venue on March 27 and 28, 2027.
Tickets are now on sale for what promises to be an unmissable weekend packed with celebrity guests, cosplay, gaming, shopping and immersive pop culture experiences.
Following another hugely successful event in 2026, the team behind Aberdeen’s biggest Comic Con is already hard at work creating its most ambitious show yet. For 2027, Monopoly Events is planning an even bigger line-up, bringing together talent from film, television, gaming, anime and comics for two unforgettable days of fandom celebration.
Visitors can look forward to a packed programme of attractions across the weekend, including:

The organisers are keen to make this a city-wide initiative and are encouraging local businesses to get involved in the weekend by offering superhero-themed dishes, cocktails and special promotions to the thousands of visitors coming into Aberdeen for the weekend.
Andy Kleek, CEO of Monopoly Events, said: “Comic Con Scotland Aberdeen has become one of the most exciting celebrations of pop culture in the North East, and every year the fans bring an incredible atmosphere, energy and creativity to the event.
“For 2027, we’re raising the bar once again with plans for an amazing celebrity line-up, bigger attractions and more immersive experiences than ever before. Whether you’re a lifelong comic con fan or attending for the first time, there will be something truly special waiting for you.
“Liverpool has become our flagship event in the UK, and we’re keen to similarly grow Aberdeen’s Comic Con to bring some of the world’s biggest stars to the granite city. We want the whole city to get behind this event and show it off to some of the world’s biggest stars. It’s a brilliant destination.”
Claire-Lena Miller-Davis, Senior Business Development Manager – Exhibitions and Events at P&J Live, said: “Comic Con has firmly established itself as one of the standout events in our calendar, and we’re delighted to welcome Monopoly Events back to P&J Live for 2027.
