Earlier this year, Aaron successfully completed his probation with GB Tarpaulins, becoming a valued member of the production team.
During his probation, Aaron worked across the workshop, helping to manufacture bespoke covers and tarpaulins. His role involves preparing materials, safely operating machinery and ensuring the company’s high standards of workmanship are maintained.
Throughout his probation, Aaron demonstrated a positive attitude, strong willingness to learn and a high standard of work. He has continued to develop his skills and gain experience across different areas of the production process.
