Converged Solutions Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Gary McLeish as Head of Sales, in a newly created Group-level leadership role.
This strategic hire marks an important step in Converged Solutions Group’s continued commitment to delivering cutting-edge IT solutions and exceptional customer service across the UK. The position reflects the increasingly interlinked nature of the Group’s companies and the need for a coordinated sales strategy as the organisation continues to grow. With a strong focus on managed IT services, connectivity, cyber security, business phone systems and electronic security, the Group is continuing to invest in both talent and technology to support its ambitious plans and evolving customer needs.
Gary brings over 35 years’ commercial and leadership experience, having built a successful sales career in the automotive industry and held senior leadership positions, including at Original 106 radio station. He also brings strong expertise in developing effective sales processes, with a clear emphasis on delivering customer-centric solutions and building high-performing teams, which will play a key role in supporting the Group’s next phase of development.

In his new role, Gary will lead the sales strategy, working closely with leadership teams across all companies within Converged Solutions Group to strengthen customer relationships, identify new opportunities, and drive continued expansion.
