Marking an exciting addition to its events calendar, Thainstone Events has unveiled its new Hogmanay Party, bringing a vibrant New Year’s Eve celebration to Inverurie.

Taking place on Thursday 31 December 2026 at the Thainstone Exchange, the event aims to offer people across Aberdeenshire a local destination to celebrate the arrival of 2027, while showcasing some of the region's best entertainment.

Guests will be welcomed by a traditional piper before enjoying live music from the outstanding ceilidh band, Whisky Kiss, performances from Highland dancers and a midnight confetti countdown.

A New Year's Eve Dinner experience will also be available, featuring a four-course menu crafted by renowned local caterer Harry Fraser Catering.

Reflecting Thainstone’s ongoing commitment to enhancing its year-round events programme, the launch offers tickets at £25 per person for the Hogmanay Party, or £90 per person including the NYE dinner.

Simon Garrow, Business Development Executive at Thainstone Events, said: "We wanted to create a Hogmanay celebration that combines traditional Scottish entertainment with a fantastic local food and hospitality offering. Inverurie and the wider Garioch area have a strong appetite for quality events, and we're delighted to be introducing a new way for people to celebrate New Year closer to home."

In addition to the entertainment programme, a coach will be available after midnight to help guests travel safely back to Inverurie and Kintore.

Bookings for the Hogmanay Party are now open, with places for the New Year's Eve Dinner available directly through the Thainstone Events team.
