Aberdeenshire-based financial planning firm Create Financial Solutions has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Amanda MacDonald as Business Manager.
Amanda joins the business with extensive experience across financial services, combining a Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning with a proven track record in operational leadership, people development and business management. Having progressed from a paraplanning role into senior leadership positions, she has developed expertise in improving business operations, supporting teams and helping organisations grow.
In her new role, Amanda will oversee Create's day-to-day business operations, support colleagues across the organisation and help drive the continued growth of the business as the company expands its presence across Scotland.
