A growing team, strengthened leadership and continued investment in the future are driving the next chapter for a familiar Scottish technology business.

Culture Business Technology, formerly known as Logical Print & Document Solutions, has officially launched its new brand identity as it continues an ambitious period of growth across the Highlands, Islands and North-east of Scotland.

The independently owned business has doubled its workforce over the past year, growing from eight to 16 employees as demand increases for locally delivered technology and business support services.

As part of its evolution, Culture Business Technology has expanded its Board of Directors, with Malcolm Maclennan and Josh McLennan joining existing directors Colin Smith, Robbie Cheyne and Neil Anderson. The strengthened leadership team reflects the company's commitment to sustainable growth, innovation and delivering exceptional customer service.

The rebrand marks a significant milestone in the company's journey. While the business first established itself through managed print services, Culture Business Technology now provides a much broader portfolio of solutions, including managed IT support, cybersecurity, business telephony and print management.

The new name reflects the role the company now plays in helping organisations embrace technology, improve efficiency and strengthen security, all while maintaining the personal service that has been central to its success.

With offices in both Inverness and Aberdeen, Culture Business Technology supports customers throughout the Highlands and Islands, the North-east and beyond. Despite its growth, the company remains focused on delivering local expertise, fast response times and long-term customer relationships.

Commenting on the rebrand, the directors said: "The launch of Culture Business Technology reflects how our business has evolved and where we are heading. We've invested heavily in our people, expanded our service offering, and strengthened our leadership team to ensure we can continue supporting businesses across Scotland. While our name has changed, our commitment to local service, trusted relationships and helping customers get the most from technology remains exactly the same."

The company is also looking firmly to the future, with plans progressing for new premises in Inverness as part of its next phase of expansion.

As organisations increasingly seek technology partners capable of supporting multiple aspects of their infrastructure, Culture Business Technology believes its integrated approach to IT, cybersecurity, communications and print positions it strongly for continued growth in the years ahead.

For businesses across Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire and the wider North of Scotland, the message is clear: Culture Business Technology is investing in the future, expanding its capabilities and strengthening its commitment to local customers.
