Andy Piacentini is an authentic, highly respected and commercially astute Head of Reward, with a culmination of more than 20 years’ global experience in developing international reward strategies, always with a business focus. He currently works for General Electric as Director of Reward supporting their Power Field Services organisation. Andy currently supports 6,000 staff over 40 countries over a range of reward challenges, always striving to find appropriate solutions to the most complex challenges.
Alison Kidd has worked extensively in human resources, holding senior positions in various financial services organisations and currently Head of Reward and Employee Relations at Virgin Money. Throughout her career, Alison has led human resources integrations and cultural transformations. She has significant experience in regulated roles and extensive stakeholder management experience and a particular interest in people strategy, especially the future world of work post CV19.
