CyberPrism has announced the launch of CyberPrism Assure, a new governance, assurance and compliance platform designed to help organisations take a more proactive approach to compliance monitoring and oversight.
Through its work supporting organisations operating in regulated and complex environments, CyberPrism has seen at first-hand the challenges many teams face in managing compliance. New regulations continue to emerge, existing requirements evolve and supply chain assurance is becoming increasingly important. At the same time, the consequences of non-compliance can be significant, ranging from financial penalties and operational disruption to reputational damage.
For many organisations, managing compliance across multiple standards remains a complex and resource-intensive process. Teams often find themselves working across spreadsheets, email chains and disconnected systems, chasing evidence and identifying the right stakeholders just weeks before an audit. New legislation, such as the Cyber Security and Resilience Act, will make the UK safer and more resilient, but will also increase the burden upon companies.
While periodic audits continue to play an important role, they provide only a snapshot of compliance at a specific point in time. In an increasingly dynamic regulatory environment, organisations need greater visibility of their compliance position throughout the year, enabling them to identify issues sooner, maintain accountability and respond to changing requirements with confidence.
CyberPrism developed CyberPrism Assure to help organisations move beyond periodic assessments and towards continuous assurance. The platform brings compliance activities, evidence gathering and reporting into a single workflow-based system, helping organisations maintain a clearer understanding of their compliance position throughout the year. A key differentiator of Assure is its ability to support multiple standards and frameworks through a single platform, including the National Cyber Security Centre's Cyber Assessment Framework (CAF).
The platform enables employees, suppliers, partners and other stakeholders to contribute directly to the assurance process, helping organisations strengthen oversight while sharing responsibility across those best placed to provide information and evidence. Responses can be reused across multiple frameworks, reducing administrative burden and eliminating the need to answer the same questions repeatedly for different compliance requirements.
Through live dashboards, reporting and continuous data collection, organisations can monitor progress in real time, maintain visibility of compliance activities and demonstrate assurance whenever it is required, rather than preparing retrospectively for reviews and audits.
Martin Smith, Managing Director of CyberPrism, said: ‘Tracking success and prioritising actions is becoming more difficult and resource - intensive as the environments in which we operate become more complex. CyberPrism Assure helps companies to visualise the progress they have made and the most cost - effective actions going forward, whilst assuring supply chains and reducing the burden of audits and assessments. Confidence, Visibility and Control in one package.’
Assure reflects CyberPrism's commitment to helping organisations strengthen cyber resilience through better governance, assurance and decision-making. By providing greater visibility of compliance against cyber security frameworks and regulatory requirements, the platform helps organisations make informed decisions, prioritise improvements and maintain confidence in their cyber security posture.
Assure will be officially showcased at the Scottish OT Cyber Summit on 12 August 2026 at Ardoe House Hotel, Aberdeen, where delegates will have the opportunity to see the platform in action and learn more about the benefits of continuous assurance.
