Leigh Daniel has been promoted to the newly created position of Tenancy Support Manager. Leigh joined the company in 2023 and has since demonstrated exceptional attention to detail, a calm and solutions‑focused approach, and a strong commitment to supporting both clients and colleagues.
The creation of this role reflects the continued growth of our Aberdeen operation and the increasing demand for dedicated tenancy support in the area, while also recognising Leigh’s contribution to strengthening our service delivery and support for landlords and tenants.

Daniella Karpenko will step into the role of Senior Lettings Adviser. Since joining the business last year, Daniella has quickly established herself as a proactive and reliable member of the lettings team. Her strong customer service skills, collaborative working style, and willingness to take initiative have made her a valued colleague. This promotion reflects both her achievements to date and her potential for continued development within the department.
