Aberdeen-based technology firm Dax Group has appointed Steven Milne as Head of Customer Success as it continues to scale its rapidly growing business.
Steven joins the company to lead its customer success function, ensuring clients realise the full value and potential of Dax Group's portfolio of AI-native products and services. His appointment reflects the firm's commitment to quality solutions development and delivery as demand continues to grow.
Steven joins Dax Group from SLB, where he spent nearly four years as an Implementation Engineer in North America, based in Houston, Texas. Prior to that he held a range of delivery-focused roles in Aberdeen, including Service Delivery Manager and Implementation Advisor. He has relocated from Houston to the North East with his family to take up the role.
