DEV4 Online Ltd, Indigo Technologies and Aberdeen Blast Cleaning Services Ltd have collaborated on the development of a new cloud-based work-pack system.
The online system has been introduced to support the management of work-packs, customer jobs and service records, while giving staff access to the information they need from different locations across the business.
The project began with a review of the company’s existing on-premise system and an assessment of how it could be evolved into a more modern cloud-based platform. The aim was to retain the strengths of the original process while improving accessibility, usability and consistency.
The resulting system provides a secure central location for operational records and supports a more flexible way of working for office, workshop and field-based teams. It also enables the creation of clearer, more professional documentation, reduces reliance on a fixed office-server setup, and creates a platform for Aberdeen Blast Cleaning Services to build on as the business grows.
