Integrity HSE is enjoying ongoing success with the delivery of a bespoke safety coaching programme in Glasgow for one of its most valued clients, BAE Systems.
This company’s shipyards at Govan and Scotstoun produce advanced world-class naval vessels within a precision-driven working environment where excellence really is non-negotiable.
To maintain these exceptional standards, BAE Systems turned to Rob Diver, Integrity HSE’s Head of Risk & Resilience, to help develop the safety coaches who are responsible for influencing working behaviours across its operations. Rob subsequently developed a tailored methodology focusing on the soft skills that underpin effective safety coaching.
Among Rob’s coaching team is Stephen Cargin (pictured) who brings 32-year of policing experience, retiring from the Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI) as Chief Superintendent in 2018. Stephen commented, “The BAE staff are one of the most enthusiastic and professional teams I have worked with, striving for constant improvement. Their passion for keeping their people safe and their commitment to continual development is commendable”.
Integrity HSE’s coaching team is unrivalled, from senior military and law enforcement personnel to seasoned industry veterans, they really are the best at what they do.
