Aberdeen-based telecoms provider DF Communications is celebrating some remarkable milestones this month, reflecting the company’s proud tradition of long service and dedication to its people.
The business recently marked 10 years with CRM administrator Vikki, whose commitment and contribution have been invaluable to both colleagues and customers over the past decade. Vikki plays a key role in supporting the company’s systems and processes, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.
Alongside this, managing director Fiona Fraser also celebrated an impressive milestone; 33 years with DF Communications.
Fiona, who took over the reins of the family business from her father, company founder and namesake Dick Fleming, has been instrumental in shaping DF into one of the North East’s leading business telecoms specialists.
Under her leadership, the company has continued to grow, evolve, and deliver high-quality service, most recently being named a finalist in the 2025 Comms National Awards for Best SME Contact Centre Solution.

Vikki and Fiona are not alone in their long service. Most of the DF team have been with the company for over a decade, demonstrating a rare level of continuity and expertise in today’s business world.
The only exceptions are the company’s most recent recruits, who joined as apprentices through QA and are already flourishing within the team. This blend of experience and fresh talent is one of the reasons DF continues to thrive.

Milestones like this are always a reminder of the incredible people who make up our team.
