Digital Edge Subsea, the subsea digital video recording and data management specialist, has launched a new online training course for its EdgeDVR digital video recording and inspection systems, offering offshore personnel flexible access to structured training wherever they are based.
The launch comes as Digital Edge Subsea continues to expand its international presence and develop its technology portfolio, reinforcing the company's commitment to helping customers capture and manage secure, reliable and high quality digital video and data.
Designed for new and existing customers, as well as personnel entering the subsea inspection industry, the course provides practical guidance on using EdgeDVR technology effectively. The self-paced format allows participants to develop their knowledge and skills around operational commitments, regardless of their location or previous experience.
The course is structured around four modules covering data management, project set-up, online operations and offline software. Each module is divided into short, manageable sections supported by instructional videos and practical examples.
Participants complete a short assessment at the end of each module, with successful completion of the full course resulting in a personalised certificate.
