Colleagues from DJ Alexander’s Aberdeen and Inverurie offices recently came together for the company’s latest quarterly awards, celebrating the achievements and contributions of teams and individuals across the North-east.
The event was presided over by Managing Director Kevin Fraser, who shared an update on the company’s progress and reflected on the accomplishments of the North-east teams so far this year.
The scale of activity was reflected in a number of notable achievements. Teams responded to more than 13,000 enquiries from prospective tenants, completed around 4,000 property viewings, carried out over 1,000 inventories and rechecks, and undertook almost 2,800 property inspections. The Aberdeen maintenance team also coordinated over 8,000 repair and maintenance jobs.
With around 3,000 properties under management across the North-east, the figures reflect the considerable work undertaken by colleagues each day to support landlords, tenants and the wider communities they serve.
The event also highlighted DJ Alexander’s continued investment and growth in the region. The acquisitions of the Aberdein Considine lettings business and Margaret Duffus in recent years have significantly strengthened the company’s North-east presence, bringing together established local expertise and creating further opportunities to develop and enhance its services across Aberdeen, Inverurie and the surrounding areas.
The awards were announced by Adrian Sangster, Head of Lettings and Property Management for the North-east. They recognised top performers across the lettings, property management, maintenance and support teams, alongside colleagues who had demonstrated outstanding leadership, teamwork, positive influence and commitment to the company’s culture and behaviours.
As well as celebrating individual achievements, the event recognised the wider teamwork, professionalism and dedication that continue to underpin the service delivered by DJ Alexander’s Aberdeen and Inverurie offices.
