The property was marketed at offers around £335,000.
The park has built up an excellent reputation with regular clientele and benefits from its coastal location with direct beach access and proximity to the harbour.
The seasonal site has been owned and operated by the same owner for over two decades but who has now decided to enter a well-earned retirement.
Kerry Boyle of DM Hall’s sales department who handled the marketing said: “We approached the market seeking offers around £335,000 and due to the extremely high volume of enquiries we received, our client instructed us to set a closing date for offers within just three weeks of the marketing process. We have recently completed on the successful offer received.
