Team Annie Kenyon Developments celebrating the double award win
Annie Kenyon Developments is celebrating two industry wins at the Trades Awards held at Mercure Aberdeen Ardoe House Hotel & Spa on Friday, June 7 2019.
Annie Kenyon Developments won Best Exterior Building Improvement Award and Best New Business 2019 at the ceremony, the largest annual celebration of trades and construction in the North-east.
Founded in 2017, Annie Kenyon Developments is independently building a reputation for providing site-specific, architecturally designed homes for sale across Aberdeenshire. Without the need for a self-build mortgage, buyers can purchase a house through ak|d’s business model which is unique in the marketplace.
Annie Kenyon Developments Ltd is a sister company to award-winning Architectural Practice, Annie Kenyon Architects Ltd.

Duncan Barton, ak|d director collected the awards on the evening and announced to cheers around the room that Annie couldn’t be present as she had just given birth to their son, a baby boy called Johnny Mac the day before. Quite a weekend of celebrations!
