Indulge in some festive family fun this winter with Aberdeen Football Club’s, catering and events partner, Sodexo Prestige Venues & Events. The venue will open its doors on Sunday, December 10,for a seasonal drive-in movie night, before inviting families to have Lunch with Santa on Sunday 17th December.
Anna and Elsa will be taking to the screen at 4pm as Frozen, one of the most successful animated films of all time, kicks off the movie night. As the kingdom becomes trapped in perpetual winter, watch as Anna and Kristoff journey to find the Snow Queen on a quest to break the spell.
The second film, The Muppets Christmas Carol, will air at 8pm, further building the Christmas mood. Join Kermit the Frog, Miss Piggy, and the rest of the gang, as they help Ebenezer Scrooge to realise the meaning of Christmas, in this endearing adaptation of the Charles Dickens classic.
Both movies will be shown on a giant screen in the venue’s car park, and attendees can soak up the atmosphere by tuning their car radio to the event’s station to hear the film. A range of drinks and snacks will be available throughout the event.
If you’re looking for something different for the little ones this December, treat them to Lunch with Santa. Taking place between 12 - 2pm on Sunday, December 17, they’ll enjoy a festive boogie at the Christmas disco before joining in with some party games. With every child receiving a gift from Santa as well as the chance to have their picture taken with Angus the Bull, tickets are expected to sell quickly.

With a range of films and events to suit all ages, we hope it will be the perfect occasion for the whole family to celebrate this Christmas.
Spaces for Saturday’s Drive-In movies, Elf and The Grinch, have already sold out, but tickets for Sunday’s showings can be purchased via www.pittodrieevents.eventbrite.com or by contacting the venue for £27.50 per car. Attendees are advised to arrive an hour before the viewing, with spaces being allocated on a first come, first served basis.
