Electra Learning, a leading change management, training and eLearning provider, have appointed Troy Deck as the new Business Development Manager for their North America region to continue the expansion of Electra in the United States as well as supporting the development of the business in Canada.
Troy has over 15 years’ experience in senior roles related to training, consulting, sales and business growth. Troy also previously worked as a Consultant with Electra back in 2016 for three years so is familiar with the quality and standards of our change management and training services.
To support the growth in the UK and North America, new appointments have been made to the Digital Team with eLearning Developer Jamie Ross joining the Calgary team and Ron Gordon joining the UK Digital team.
An expert in its field, the company has been established for 25 years and works across several industries including oil and gas, renewables, manufacturing, and transportation. Electra currently has offices in Aberdeen city centre, downtown Calgary and downtown Toronto. With plans to continue expanding globally, the latest appointments are a testament to Electra’s plans to continue to expand and strengthen client relationships across the UK and North America.
